*GENERAL SUMMARY/PRIMARY FUNCTION*

Responsible for understanding, upholding and promoting CSG’s Critical Success Factors, 1) Safety First!; 2) Financial Success (including operational excellence); 3) Employee Satisfaction (including development and training), and 4) Customer Satisfaction. Schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups or sub-contractors (Fire alarm, Low Voltage, etc.) working in a particular construction discipline. Ability to layout and perform advanced electrical installations and troubleshooting in a service and special projects environment.
*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
1. Plan and supervise craft activities including method of construction, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and documenting actual hours worked.
2. Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
3. Maintain liaison with engineering and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with facility and client personnel.
5. Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment within varying facility types and sizes.
6. Must be detail oriented with accuracy in work order descriptions and itemized material/labor breakdown.
7. Assist Human Resources in maintaining communications regarding employee job site performance as well as attendance and reviews.
8. Provide accurate reporting to service manager for project scheduling, and manpower demands.
9. Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
10. Maintain liaison with vendors and Inspectors to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule.
11. Strong social and communication skills with superiors, customers and project partners.
12. Intermediate computer skills, with MS Office, Bluebeam and other construction related software.
13. This position is required to drive.
14. Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
*JOB CRITERIA*
_MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE_
Completion of a four-year accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience. Minimum of two years of electrical service/special projects experience within a commercial or industrial environment. Proficiency in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures in a service/special projects environment. Must have safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements. Valid Colorado (or reciprocal) JW license. OSHA 30 certification a plus.
_KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES_
Advanced understanding of troubleshooting measures and repair methods. Must have a strong sense of independence to self-perform most tasks. Maintain organization in both paperwork, and van stock materials.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
