Our client is a leading healthcare provider looking to fill 3 positions local to San Diego, CA. Candidates must have 2+ years in a medical office setting in a call center representative, receptionist, administrative assistant, clerk, or front/back-office support role. This is a 4-month temporary assignment, but could extend based on performance and attendance.

Details:

• 4-month assignment, could extend based on attendance and performance.
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
• Location: San Diego, CA 92108
• Pay Rate Range: $23-26.50/hr paid weekly based on experience

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Handle Inquiries: Answer and document a high volume of incoming contacts, including complex calls related to specialized products or services.
• Provide Professional Support: Respond professionally to all inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Investigate and Resolve Issues: Initiate contact with health plan personnel and other relevant departments to gather information, and then evaluate the data to determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.
• Document Everything: Accurately document all communications and actions according to established procedures.
• Follow Procedures: Meet customer needs and expectations by following established procedures.
• Customer Service: Actively promote and provide exceptional customer service that is consistent with the organization's standards.
• Compliance: Uphold compliance standards and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of customer information.
• Member Core: Facility inquiries, web support (promoting KP.org), ordering ID cards, and complaints.
• Member Advantage: Eligibility and benefit inquiries, adding/removing dependents, and addressing complaints.
• Premium Billing: All billing inquiries, making payments, and addressing complaints.
• KPC Billing: Handling inquiries about 1095 tax forms and other billing-related matters.
• Microsoft Office, Epic (EMR), Data entry
• HS Diploma/GED
