Job Description

Epitec is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our automotive client's team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, the candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising and directing hourly, unionized employees.

Location: Menomonie, WI

This is a long-term, ongoing contract. W2 only.

This is a 2nd shift position. Hours are 2pm - 10:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise UAW hourly employees, ensuring daily work assignments meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through the PICS and CIP processes to enhance operational performance.
• Manage inbound/outbound material flow
• Maintain effective communication with hourly and salaried teams, union representatives, and ensure accurate application of labor agreements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of supervisory experience in a unionized distribution center.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage complex timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with warehouse systems like MOMS, MMP, SAP, and CMMS preferred.
• This is a 2nd shift position. Hours are 2pm - 10:30pm.
