Work Schedule: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC

Years of Experience:

3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and Salesforce Platform


Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and Salesforce Platform Experience -Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality (e.g., Service Cloud, Lightning Experience).
• Experience working within an Agile framework and managing tasks within a sprint cycle.
• Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can support business objectives

Desired Skills:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred


Preferred Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership
• 3+ years of Salesforce Platform Experience
• 1+ years of Financial Industry Experience
• Tools or Technologies: -Salesforce -JIRA -Standard Microsoft tools

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
