What Youll Do

• Make things happen: Answer inbound and make outbound calls, chatting with homeowners about their exciting home improvement projects.
• Be a problem solver: Help homeowners navigate their needs, offering solutions and putting them in touch with the right services.
• Get your sales hat on: Use your sales skills to connect homeowners with the best solutions, making recommendations and upselling with ease.
• Own the customer experience: Be the voice of OpenHome, ensuring every homeowner feels valued and taken care of.
• Team player: Work hand-in-hand with our contractor network to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Share your insights: Provide feedback on customer trends and help us continue to improve the experience we offer.

What Were Looking For

• Call center or sales experience Youre a pro at talking to customers, solving problems, and hitting sales targets.
• Communication superstar You can break down complex info and make it sound simple, engaging, and clear.
• A customer-first attitude You love making connections and helping people feel understood and supported.
• Tech-savvy Youre comfortable with CRM systems, email, and other tools to help manage customer interactions.
• Bonus points: If youve got experience in home services or a related field, thats a big plus!
