A detailed 30-minute video session followed by a 15-minute doubt-clearing discussion. We’ll consider your clinical assessment, body type, and dietary habits to create a practical and sustainable plan.

5. Receive Your Personalized Nutrition Plan

Get your customized plan with clear guidelines, recipes, and lifestyle strategies aligned to your goals.

6. Daily & Weekly Follow-Ups

Regular monitoring over WhatsApp to track your progress, address challenges, and keep you accountable.

7. Active Support & Query Resolution

Stay connected through WhatsApp for ongoing guidance and real-time answers to your questions.

8. Evaluate Progress & Set New Goals

Every 15 days, we review your progress, make necessary adjustments, and keep you moving forward.
